Dayton Plastics was founded in 1988 with a vision of providing quality molded products right here in the USA at an affordable price. Since then we have grown to become one of the largest custom injection molders in the southeast. Our facility is located in Dayton, Tn and encompasses 25,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing space. Our press tonnage range is 85 to 1,000 ton and we can manufacture parts smaller than 1 gram or as large as 10 pounds. In the last three decades we have became one of the leading producers of HVAC and hot water heater components for the residential and RV market. However, being a custom molder, we also mold for many other markets such as pool products, gardening products, carpet manufacturing equipment products, and countless products for individuals and businesses.
